You’re invited to our 2020 Annual Meeting of Citizens League members!

Each year, staff, board, and partners gather to give you, our members, an update on our projects, programs, and events. 

2020 has been a unique year, to say the least, but we have adapted to this year’s “new normal” with online events, virtual meetings, and creative ways to keep Minnesotans engaged in civic life:

• Our Capitol Pathways internship program wrapped up its fifth year, providing Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) real world policy experience
• Our Mind Opener series continues online as we discuss social determinants of health
• We are wrapping up our search for a permanent Executive Director, whom we intend to introduce at the Annual Meeting!

In addition to updating you on our work, we will also share our nominees to join the Citizens League Board of Directors in 2021 for your vote. (Watch your inboxes for the announcement on those individuals in the weeks to come!)

The 2020 annual member meeting will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, September 23rd from 9:00am to 10:30am. This is a free event for all Citizens League members and we hope to ‘see’ you there!
