Citizens League receives no government grants or public dollars; we rely on the generous support of organizations and individuals to fuel our work. There are many ways to give; choose what works best for you! Donate securely on our website and consider setting up a recurring monthly donation to spread your giving throughout the year and provide year-round reliable funding for our work. Citizens League is also set up to accept donations from Donor Advised Funds, retirement distributions, gifts of stock and more.
We are living in a time of deep polarization in our politics and in our communities. Public trust in institutions and in one another has fallen to alarmingly low levels; political rhetoric is increasingly toxic; divisiveness has fomented into discord; and tragically, threats and acts of political violence are on the rise. Many people are discouraged, disheartened – and may even feel despair.
In these times, Citizens League’s mission and work are important antidotes to create hope and encourage positive civic engagement.
A focus on working together to find solutions, being civically engaged, and creating space for honest dialogue on important topics has always been the driving force behind the Citizens League’s work.
