Citizens League welcomes Domonick Fields, our next Capitol Pathways Program Manager!

Domonick is a lifelong St. Paul native with over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, focusing on education, program development, system design, community engagement, and college access, primarily within BIPOC communities.
He currently serves as a Coach and Facilitator with Healing in Practice, where he supports youth in exploring identity, strengthening wellbeing, building community connections, and developing conflict resolution skills. Prior to this, Domonick was the founding Program Director at Black Men Teach, where he led initiatives to recruit, support, and retain Black male educators, while building pathways and programming that continue to shape the next generation of teachers.
Domonick holds a master’s degree in educational leadership from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology with a concentration in Africa and the Americas and African American Leadership from St. Olaf College.
He lives in South St. Paul with his wife, children, and family dog. In his free time, Domonick enjoys working out, being active in the community, and creating lasting memories with his loved ones.
