Joint Partnership is a collaboration between leadership programs Capitol Pathways, Boards and Commissions Leadership Institute from Nexus Community Partners and the Community Equity Program from Wilder Foundation. Together, our three programs offer alumni programming to support and expand a network equipped to serve BIPOC folks engaged in public policy decision-making and other public leadership spaces. Our collective goal is to expand equitable outcomes for BIPOC communities. Between our programs, we serve a collective of almost 600 BIPOC leaders and offer ongoing professional development workshops; microgrants to pursue work in community; funding for healing and self-care and more!
