ORGANIZATIONAL MEMBERSHIP

Citizens League’s Organizational Membership program is a great way to promote your commitment to inclusive and nonpartisan civic engagement and positively impact the local community.

Annual memberships are offered at a variety of levels. Members at all levels will be publicly recognized and invited to our annual member-only policy event. Other benefit opportunities include a menu of Civic Workshops sessions and Civics@Work policy topic presentations for your employee teams as well as opportunities to sponsor public Mind Opener events.

Annual Member-Only Policy Program

All members

Member organizations and your employees are invited to this member-exclusive event. Each year, Citizens League curates a panel of prominent civic leaders to discuss timely policy and civic engagement topics. The program will be presented in a constructive and non-partisan approach. This annual event is presented virtually and is generally scheduled in late fall/early winter.

Civic Workshops

Civic Principal, Civic Pacesetter, & Civic Champion members

This member benefit allows you to provide civic training sessions at your workplace and led by Citizens League staff. Your employees will learn how they can stay informed and have their voices heard on policy issues that matter to them. Members have the option to choose from a menu of pre-set workshop topics including Civic Life & Civic Engagement 101; Engaged & Energized Advocacy; and Legislative Training. Sessions are generally one-hour long and can be provided online or in-person.

Civics@Work

Civic Pacesetter & Civic Champion members

The Civics@Work member benefit provides a unique opportunity to engage your employees with a nonpartisan, fully customized educational opportunity at your workplace. Citizens League staff will work with you to refine your preferred topic and invite topic experts to present and engage with your group. Often provided to employees as “lunch & learn” style option, Civics@Work sessions are generally one-hour long and can be provided online or in-person.

Mind Opener Sponsorships

Civic Pacesetter & Civic Champion members

New in 2025! To increase visibility and community impact, organizational members can opt to sponsor an event in our Mind Opener series. Sponsors receive public recognition and are invited to give an introduction at the event. For our Mind Opener policy events, Citizens League curates robust panel discussions that represent diverse points of view on critical policy topics. A series of online and in-person events are scheduled throughout the year. Mind Openers are provided as free events, open to all who are interested in civil discourse and continued learning.
