Nominate a Civic Changemaker
Citizens League is excited to announce the return of the Civic Changemaker Award to be presented at this year’s Civic Celebration on April 10, 2025!
The Civic Changemaker Award recognizes an emerging leader who is making a difference in their communities and enhancing Minnesota’s civic culture in positive ways.
We are seeking nominations of young professionals who demonstrate unique or creative ways to engage in their community and embody the Citizens League values and approach:
- Inspiring Minnesotans of diverse backgrounds, ideologies and parties to be active in public policymaking
- Convening conversations that build trust and understanding across differences
- Implementing innovative and effective policy solutions that improve lives in our state
Nominees can be of any age and located anywhere in Minnesota. We encourage nominations of Minnesotans who have not been widely recognized for their work or contributions. The Civic Changemaker Award aims to honor and celebrate the “unsung heroes” who are helping make our state a great place to live, work and thrive.
In addition to being presented at this year’s Civic Celebration, the Civic Changemaker Award recipient will receive financial support to help continue making a positive impact.
Nominations are open now through Friday, February 14, 2025!
Thanks to our Civic Changemaker Sponsor, Comcast!
