In February 2024, Braver Angels – an organization founded to address the challenges of political partisan animosity and loss of trust in our institutions – released a groundbreaking new report that found that conservatives and liberals agree on many aspects of restoring trust and faith in our elections. This report is based on dozens of cross-partisan workshops with hundreds of self-identifying “Red” and “Blue” participants.
In the midst of another challenging and hyper-polarizing election season, we heard from Braver Angels and others about this report and how the principles, concerns and solutions it highlights could provide a blueprint for enhancing trust in our elections. Watch below.
