Paid Family and Medical Leave (also referred to as PFML or Paid Leave) is a new program launching in January 2026. Minnesota is the 13th state in the country to launch a statewide Paid Leave Program.  

Join us for a discussion with Greg Norfleet, Director of Paid Family and Medical Leave Program at the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development, who will provide an update on the program’s implementation so far and upcoming milestones. The event will also include an expert panel discussion with business representatives about how employers and planning for this new benefit for their employees.
