Citizens League Staff
Angelica Klebsch has served historically underrepresented communities as a teacher, trainer, mentor, project manager, and policy advocate in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors for almost 20 years. As the daughter of Mexican immigrants, her passion for community empowerment began as a child when she taught English to relatives and neighbors as she learned it herself. Her commitment to community development continues to drive her work as she engages a variety of stakeholders in crafting policy solutions with the Citizens League. She holds a B.A. in Psychology, a Master of Public Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota, and is a certified Economic Development Finance Professional. In her free time, Angelica loves to read, travel with her husband and kids, and cheer on her beloved White Sox.
