Professionals of color are the fastest-growing segment of our workforce. However, research shows that we are not retaining professionals of color in the MSP region at the same rate as white professionals. To understand why and to learn how to take action, GreaterMSP’s initiative Make It. MSP heard from over 1,000 professionals of color who relayed their experiences living and working in the MSP region.

At our next Mind Opener, we will be joined by Tiffany Orth of the Make It.MSP. Professionals of Color Team, along with Duchesne Drew, Community Network Vice President at the Bush Foundation, and a key partner of the Make It.MSP. Professionals of Color Team. They will share stories and experiences of professionals of color in the Twin Cities and explore how we can better improve the region for all communities.
