Connect for a Cause is a volunteer speed-matching event bringing together area nonprofits needing volunteers with young leaders looking to contribute civically. It is similar to speed-dating. In speed matching, individuals move from table to table learning about the different organizations and their volunteer opportunities. The participating organizations will only have three minutes to impress potential volunteers before finding out if they will be asked on a second "date."

Keeping it Casual
Not ready for the awkwardness of one-to-one speed-dating, er, volunteer speed-matching? Bypass the formalities and come for a more casual atmosphere to connect with other young civic leaders and nonprofit organizations.

Click here to sign up. The speed-match is full, but registrations are still welcome for the less formal mix-and-mingle portion. (Both activities will take place at the same time.)
