Wikinomics explores how to prosper in a world where new communications technologies are democratizing the creation of value. Based on a $9 million research project, Wikinomics shows how that masses are starting to participate in the economy like never before.
Recently, Anthony Williams has been turning his attention to the implications of wikinomics for government. He writes:
