"What makes a good citizen?"
Join the discussion on civic renewal at this special event with Minnesota Secretary of State Mark Ritchie, who will talk about public engagement in Minnesota.
A group of Humphrey Institute Policy Fellows will also share findings from a 2006-2007 project that investigated good citizenship in Minnesota.
This program kicks off the Civic Minds series, co-sponsored by the Citizens League and the Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs.
