"Rock the Cradle" with the Citizens League!
Join the Citizens League and 89.3 The Current on Sunday December 11 for Rock the Cradle, a free day of family-friendly music and activities. Bring your kids: they can make their own musical instruments, try their hands at spinning records and hear themselves "on the radio" -- plus, there will be storytime with 89.3 The Current DJs Mary Lucia, Steve Seel, Mark Wheat and Dale Connelly and Jim Ed Poole.
Parents AND kids can attend three Citizens League seminars throughout the day:
- Schools that rock: how to choose the right school for your kids
- Rocking the PTO: how to get involved in your kids' schools
- The Cradle and Civilization: How community can make you a better and happier parent
