Spot didn't call you a gasbag; he said you were windy. Perhaps you will take small comfort in the difference.
It probably isn't a surprise to you that Spot is a champion of the public school system.
Anyway, Spot has followed the activities of the Citizens' League for many years. It is mostly made up of people a lot like Spot. It occurs to Spot to say that if you really wanted a league of a cross-section of citizens, you would invite somebody from Take Action Minnesota, maybe the President of SEIU, a real cop who patrols the streets, somebody from Mary Jo Copeland's organization, etc. and etc.
Spot thinks that the Citizens' League's heart is generally in the right spot, so to speak, but you need some doses of reality.
