Spinal Tap and China

There is a great line from the movie Spinal Tap where they talk about getting "too much bloody perspective" on an issue.

This video on China might do the same thing. This time the perspective is on our education and workforce development systems.

Update from a member:
"Sean -- I wanted to pass on a caution I received about that piece. It was widely passed around here and then the Research Foundation folks checked it out some and advised that we not put it on LearnmoreMN.org...The author's citation document is not serious and states unknown or random sources. He said it is tough to see it as hard facts -- although it does seem to be really effective at making a general point people need to be aware of. So, for what that's worth! / John
