Housing/Mortgage Forum on Monday the 19th
The mortgage crisis is an issue that has been brought to my attention increasingly in the past few months for reasons that are fairly obvious. The impact in certain communities is enormous, and the need for smarter policy solutions seems clear. (This issue relates to my former life in Planning and Economic Development at the City of Saint Paul.)
But this isn't an issue that we have currently in our Citizens League workplan.
My former boss (Sen. Coleman) and a panel of Citizens League members and partners will hold a forum on the issue on Monday the 19th of November from 2:30 - 4:30 at the United Way offices in Minneapolis (404 South 8th Street). I assume that you can contact the office to find out how to attend.
