Mistake #1
I violated my own personal standard about accountability. I blogged about Growth and Justice and didn't tell them. Bad form. Lori called me on it -- nicely -- and she should have. (Not a good way for me to treat a partner.) I've been distracted and I didn't think anyone was reading this yet. Not cool. I'm not sure what blog-culture says about "blogging behind someone's back", but it seems uncivil to me. Sorry Joel and Lori.
And in fairness I'll ask that people sign their posts in the future if they want them published.
